These Terms & Conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by KeyCleaners Ltd. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

KeyCleaners Ltd provides domestic, commercial, and Airbnb cleaning services. Services will be carried out as agreed at the time of booking.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made via phone, email, or website. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are agreed prior to service.

Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may result in suspension of future services.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.

5. Access to Property

Clients must ensure safe access to the property at the agreed time.

If access is not provided, the full-service fee may be charged.

6. Supplies & Equipment

KeyCleaners Ltd may provide cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed.

Clients must inform us of any sensitivities or restrictions.

7. Health & Safety

Clients must ensure the property is safe to work in. KeyCleaners Ltd reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours.

We will arrange a re-clean where appropriate.

9. Liability

While every care is taken, KeyCleaners Ltd cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

10. Data Protection

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.

11. Changes to Terms

KeyCleaners Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
